Refund & Replacement
Due to the nature of Fairweather Design merchandise, many of our items are unique and produced in small quantities or one offs. Therefore they may vary in colour and style as they are hand selected to ensure their individuality and not mass produced perfectly.
If you do order an item on our site and it is unavailable we will contact you and suggest a similar option, if this does not suit you we are happy to refund. Should you feel that the item is genuinely defective contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to arrange delivery to us for a replacement where possible or exchange to the same value. If a similar item is not available we will offer a refund or store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company.
